can anyone explain me about wm_concat in oracle
It's a previously undocumented function (documented in 10gR2, if I remember correctly) which concatenates values in column and separates the values with commas. It's used with group by to create comma-delimited lists of values based upon a group by 'key'. 11gR2 implements listagg, a similar but far more versatile function, to perform the same function.
Please refer wm_concat
