Quick pay for terminated employee

    We are trying to run quick pay for a terminated employee; the system is picking up all the recurring and non-recurring elements correctly except for the basic salary.
    I almost sure there must be something wrong with the dates used. Last working day is Jul 3. Any suggesstions to give the user or scenarios to try?

    Please check the Basic Salary Element In Two Place first one is Element Description Screen Under Total Compansation and check the Termination Role "Final Close Or Last Stan. Or Actual" this is mean the element will close when you insert date in one of this fields on Termination Employee Form , 2nd place element entries screen and check if the Basic salary Element Get End date or no and if you found end date compare the end date with your quick pay date earned
