   i AM IN URGENT NEED OF PATCH TO UPGRADE ONE OF OUR STANDBY LOCATION INSTALLATION TO 11.1.0.7 SINCE THE PRODUCTION SERVER HAS ALREADY BEEN UPGRADED (BEFORE CREATING PHYSICAL STANDBY) TO 11.1.0.7 . OUR ADMIN PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE THE ORACLE SUPPORT IDENTIFIER SINCE THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TRACE THE LICENCE; 11.1.0.6 CDs ARE AVAILABLE

   Since you have no CSI to allow you access to Metalink/My Oracle Support you'll not get the patch you want. No one can send it to you without violating their support contract. Resolve your license issue so you can use your CSI is the only advice anyone can give you.
