i have oracle 12g installed on Amazon linux ,
after i stop working with it and no process do any request or sql querys .
I noticed i have 100% cpu utilization and allot of "somekind" of oracle process runnig
that looks like this when doing TOP :

    31023 oracle 20 0 3271180 56688 53628 R 52.6 0.8 1:05.20 oracle_31023_orc
    31017 oracle 20 0 3271180 56400 53396 S 48.3 0.8 1:00.91 oracle_31017_orc
    31021 oracle 20 0 3271180 57168 54096 R 46.7 0.8 0:56.32 oracle_31021_orc
    31011 oracle 20 0 3270156 57104 54260 R 36.4 0.8 1:05.22 oracle_31011_orc
    31019 oracle 20 0 3271180 56388 53376 R 10.9 0.8 1:01.78 oracle_31019_orc
    31027 oracle 20 0 3271176 52524 49688 S 1.3 0.7 0:42.06 oracle_31027_orc
    31013 oracle 20 0 3271180 46388 42804 S 1.0 0.6 0:19.15 oracle_31013_orc

even i when do kill -9 pid they still going up ,
also i tryed to restart the AWS server and they still got up and do 100% cpu utilizetion
even where there is no work is done on the DB

What does ps -ef } grep oracle report? No one can tell you much about a specific process from a TOP report.

    Post the requested information.
