    •Coordinate the ongoing operations of the Integrated Human Resources Management Information System (IHRMIS) incorporating
    •Human Resources and Payroll functionality and data ensuring integrity and timeliness of data
    •Ensure data integrity of HR/Payroll information and ongoing system functionality by maintaining appropriate support documentation, managing the configuration of HR/Pay table set-ups, allocating and maintaining system access security and training end-users accordingly, and maintaining internal/external system interfaces
    •Manage and actively participate in all phases of IHRMIS maintenance and development of special larger projects by collaborating on elaborating work plans; defining estimates and timeframes required
    •Coordinate the recurring activities and testing of all PeopleSoft HR/Pay fixes, tax updates and version changes to the production system, ensure their acceptance and implementation, paying particular attention to where the standard PeopleSoft product has been customized and communicate/propose resolution to end-user
    •Lead the quality control testing for new applications and work closely with end-users to ensure a good understanding of the testing procedures and outcomes
    •Review and approve all systems change requests ensuring that these are integrated with the implementation plan to minimize the impact of disruption on other activities
    •Manage the processing of data related to HR reports, ensure that users’ needs are met by preparing requests for new reports or modifications to existing reports, and/or develop simple/complex PS Query reports
    •Act as a first level support for all HR/Pay related issues by working with Information Technology, end-users and/or external suppliers to resolve issues in a timely manner
    •Act as a second level support for all HR/Pay related issues for the Information Technology Service Desk team

    •College degree in computer science or related field
    •3 to 5 years prior experience implementing, upgrading, maintaining, and supporting PeopleSoft HRMS applications
    •Excellent functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS Modules (v. 9.0 and above preferred) as well as the business processes that are required for each
    •Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    •Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
    •Advanced computer skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    •Ability to create complex PS queries, conduct data analysis and validation
    •Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
    •Ability to work independently and strong team player attitude
    •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    •Bilingualism (French and English)
