    Hi,

New to creating queries in pl/sql. Can you please help me get the output from the attached file?

The file is an excel worbook (SWIMPH_DATA_TABLE.xlsx) with 2 tabs, 1st tab is the table that I have, the 2nd tab is the output that I need.

I need query to get that output.

    Thank you so much!

How much SQL do you know? Certainly someone can post the solution and you can take it without knowing what it does and get THIS answer but be unable to apply the concepts to the next problem. You need to separate the values in the TEAM_PRODUCTS column before you can think of generating the output you posted. I'll take it this is a class assignment; if so then it's best to ask your instructor how this is done. If this is self-study then you haven't studied enough to tackle this one.

Explain your situation much better than you have; help is available but no one will actually DO your assignment for you.

Please EXPLAIN that 'answer' as it makes no sense given the context of the original question. The original poster is looking for a query to produce the results shown in a spreadsheet that is no longer accessible from this forum, so HOW did you arrive at your 'solution'? Simply throwing out any answer that suits you doesn't help anyone. Here is the data:

    EMAIL FIRST_NAME LAST_NAME TEAM_PRODUCTS
james.david@swimph.net James David Goggles, Fins, Kickboard
    shiela.marie@swimph.net Shiela Marie Goggles, Kickboard
    kurt.john@swimph.net Kurt John Goggles, Pullbouy
    sherryl.anne@swimph.net Sherryl Anne Goggles

    Here are the desired results:

    EMAIL FIRST_NAME LAST_NAME TEAM_PRODUCTS
    james.david@swimph.net James David Goggles
    james.david@swimph.net James David Fins
    james.david@swimph.net James David Kickboard
    shiela.marie@swimph.net Shiela Marie Goggles
    shiela.marie@swimph.net Shiela Marie Kickboard
    kurt.john@swimph.net Kurt John Goggles
    kurt.john@swimph.net Kurt John Pullbouy
    sherryl.anne@swimph.net Sherryl Anne Goggles

Explain how your response is even relevant to that information? Response such as yours to questions where the information isn't available are the reason many forum members can be confused and discouraged. That is NOT the purpose of this forum.

Think TWICE before posting such 'answers'.

These 'responses' have nothing to do with the original question, nor do they provide any useful information. READ the question before you post anything further; continued poste such as these will be considered spam and be dealt with accordingly.
