How can I loop the questions in a trivia applet?

    am a beginner in Java. I am trying to create a multiple choice trivia applet.After the user answered the questions, the score will be displayed. However,I want it to go back to the first frame (or what you call that) so that the game will not end at all, but I don't know how to do that. Anyone who can help me?

    Also,I want the questions to be in random the next time the user plays.
    Attached is my code and I'm using Eclipse.
