    Hi all,

I'm sorry that this is such a lame question, but I can't find the answer anywhere.

I'm trying to create a table with three columns: Pic ID (number), Pic (BLOB) and Desc (Varchar2).

How do I get a picture into the BLOB column? Can I do it through PL/SQL or do I have to create a form to upload one? Everytime I try in SQL Developer it fails, I don't think I'm supposed to do it that way.

Any help would be great. Sorry for being dumb!

Look up the dbms_lob package in the online documentation found here:
