    Deloitte Consulting's dynamic Federal Technology Practice based in Washington D.C. and the surrounding Metropolitan area has an active and high priority need for an Oracle UCM/Stellent Developer. This is a full-time, permanent consulting role and will be based in our Arlington, VA office.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to become a permanent member of our high-quality federal technology consulting practice that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients, including branches of the U.S. Department of Defense, major U.S. Federal Civilian agencies, major U.S. government and military health organizations.

    Deloitte Consulting's Federal Technology professionals help clients identify and solve their most critical information and technological challenges. As an Oracle UCM / Stellent Developer in our Information Management Service Line, you will provide development services that focus on one of our clients' most important assets - information. You will help organizations actively manage their costs and margins by empowering clients to deploy technology and processes that enable efficient management and delivery of actionable information.

    Job Requirements

    • 6-8 years of programming experience, experience in application design, development and technical support roles

    • 3+ years as a developer on a content management project

    • Previous experience in configuration and maintenance of at least one leading enterprise content management product (Oracle UCM / Stellent, Documentum, Filenet, Interwoven etc.)

    • Prior experience of customizing Oracle/Stellent content management product, IDOC scripts, UCM component development

    • Prior experience with Oracle Content Server

    • Prior experience with Oracle UCM content publishing

    • Layout pages development

    • Experience with ASP/ .NET or Java / J2EE environments ( JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JMS, JNDI), XML, XHTML/HTML, CSS, SQL, Ajax/JavaScript

    • Ability to obtain security clearance is a must.

    Additionally, preference will be given to candidates with:

    • Knowledge of web servers, especially Apache

    • Experience as an application developer/architect with extensive experience in Object Oriented Design and Development

    • Prior DOD experience a big plus!
