    Dear All,

I appeared for an interview at OFSS Mumbai on 23rd July wherein I got selected. Then came submission of documents to HR post which i received the provisional offer letter. Then started bg verification .Last week I received an email stating even BG verification has been done. Now Hr is saying they have freezed approvals due to budgetary issues. Is there any chance of receiving a final offer letter in near future or should I keep trying for other companies?

    Same thing happened to me.
The HR said there is no timeline to this.
    Chances look slim.
Which position had you applied for.
    Team?

Last year I interviewed with OFSS, it took more than two months after BGV for them to revert with a final offer. Naturally, I could not wait that long and found my current employer who has offered me a much better deal. OFSS may be a good company, but with their weird hiring process, you can't be sure about anything. Better to go with the other options in hand.
