    Established in May 2011, Cooperative Energy is an exciting and innovative entrant into the energy market providing simple to understand tariffs and outstanding customer service for its customers and members. This has seen the business grow to over 135,000 customers in under two years.
    Co-operative Energy offers an alternative from the 'Big 6' energy providers and keep their simple, transparent and fair approach to the way they do business central to the service they offer. They are not owned by shareholders, allowing them to act in the best interest of their customers as they continue to expand across the UK. Although founded by a regional co-operative, Co-operative Energy is very much a national business covering the whole of England, Wales and Scotland.

    The growth in Co-operative Energy has led to a need for a more robust CRM system to be implemented in order to continue offering an excellent service to their customers. Co-operative Energy has opted to introduce Oracle CRM into the business and as such is looking for an IT Trainer to help facilitate this process.

    You will be responsible for the design and delivery of training materials and courses in support of the Oracle CRM and billing throughout Co-operative Energy.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Working closely with the project team and business users in order to understand the requirements and objectives of the project.
    • Setting clear and defined timescales and success factors.
    • Gaining a strong knowledge in the Oracle CRM system and its technical capabilities.
    • Transforming technical process documents in to relevant, easy to understand training guides and learning materials.
    • Working with end user focus groups to carry out system testing.
    • Communicating project progress effectively to all relevant stakeholders
    • Provide a variety of classroom and face to face training that engages, excites, and supports end users throughout all project phases.

    Who we're looking for

    To be successful in your application for the IT Trainer role you will:

    • Have experience in design and delivery of training of CRM systems E.G. Oracle or SAP
    • Be able to convert detailed technical processes into relevant learning documentation
    • Be able to deliver both classroom, one to one, and floor walk training which engages and enthuses users
    • Be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a close knit project team.
    • Be able to sell the benefits of the Oracle CRM project to senior stakeholders in order to ensure business buy in during this change period.
    • Have flexibility to occasionally travel to other sites to carry out training
