Accruals Not working

    Hi All

    I have a problem with the accruals in one of the plan. I have a vacation plan where in the leave balance should increment 2.33 days per month.

    When i create an employee and attach this Vacation leave, the employee's first balance should be 2.33 days and then there after for every month, 2.33 should be added to this.

    How to do this. Is it possible to change the existing accruals to this form.IF yes how.
