I am oracle developer.Which certification will be helpful for me (OCA,OCP or OCM)?
Let me clear ,that I am not at all interested in any DBA certification. Because I am not
    interested in DBA jobs.

    Thanks in Advance.

Define what you mean by 'helpful for me'.

If I remember correctly, OCA, OCP and OCM were progressively done, correct?

OCA is the first step toward OCP; it covers the basics of Oracle one needs to know to be functionally literate.
OCP covers advanced topics in more depth and is intended to provide a better knowledge base for Oracle professionals in the field.
OCM is for those whose knowledge far exceeds that necessary for OCP certification and requires a 2 to 3 day hands-on examination to prove that knowledge.

Any of those could 'enhance your resume' however if that is the ONLY reason you pursue one of these certifications then you are pursuing them for the wrong reason.
