    We are seeking the best Public Sector (Federal) industry Identity and Access Management information security talent to join our Technology Risk Security & Privacy (S&P) service area for our Washington DC based Federal practice.
    Deloitte’s Enterprise Risk offers services and capabilities to clients in the following Service Areas: Technology Risk, Business Risk and Accounting, Valuation and Analytics. Security and Privacy market offering is offered within Technology Risk Service Area. S&P service/solutions include the following:
    • Security & Privacy Strategy and Management
    • Security & Privacy Technology Integration
    Technology Risk (“TR”) service area is comprised of professionals with a broad range of information technology and management consulting skills in the areas of Technology Risk and Compliance, Security and Privacy. These professionals perform assessments, remediation, implementation and integration of end-to-end solutions in these areas. They also deliver advisory services focused on risk and compliance to IT management and senior executives.
    S&P Strategy and Management services help clients develop and implement enterprise strategies and programs for managing information and technology risks. We use proven, standards-based methodologies and frameworks, coupled with deep industry knowledge and experience to deliver practical, sustainable management advice, and efficient and effective operational solutions. S&P Strategy and Management services focus on developing management strategies, technical and operational architectures; implementing management programs relating to enterprise security and privacy; identity and access management; data protection and data leakage prevention; operational and information technology resilience; technology infrastructure protection; compliance with security and data privacy laws and regulations as well as internal control requirements. Our professionals engage in delivery activities such as: current state assessments, gap analyses, strategic planning.
    S&P Technology Integration services focus on the following: identity and access management solutions for vendor products such as Oracle, Sun, IBM, CA, Novell, etc.; integration of identity management systems; automated controls & continuous monitoring technologies (SAP GRC, ORACLE GRC, Approva, etc.); security, internal controls and data implementation for ERP applications (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel, JD Edwards, etc.); content management solutions such as Vontu; data loss prevention, security event management and enterprise encryption solutions such as those offered by RSA; strong authentication solutions such as smartcards and biometrics; and proprietary technology risk and compliance solutions. Our professionals engage in the following activities: software selection, technical design and architecture, database design, programming, application configuration, data analysis and cleansing, system and user acceptance testing, etc.
    Key Role:
    Candidate will serve as a technical resource for an enterprise identity and access management implementation at a government agency. Candidate will be expected to lead and support engagements in the following areas:
    • Development for one or more Oracle 11g Identity Access Management Suite Plus products, including but not limited to Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Analytics, Oracle Entitlement Server, Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Federation, Oracle Entitlement Server, and Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On
    • Integrate resources (e.g., Microsoft AD and MySQL) using Oracle Identity Manager connectors
    • Develop workflow and code for Oracle Identity Manager integrations

    Required Skills:
    • 1-3 years experience in deployment of at least one identity and access management product such as: Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Analytics, Oracle Entitlement Server, Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Federation, Oracle Entitlement Server, and Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On
    • 1+ years experience of advanced security technologies and concepts, including user provisioning, Single Sign-on, directory services, RBAC, PKI, SAML, or digital certificates a plus
    • 3+ years experience of the processes involved in a software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    • 1+ years experience with basic Microsoft Windows Server and UNIX system administration
    • Ability to support daily interaction with client management about day to day activities and strategic direction
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
    • Proficient with MS Office applications; expert with MS Word and MS PowerPoint

    Desired Skills:
    • 1+ years experience with Oracle Identity Federation
    • 3+ years experience consulting, preferably government consulting
    • 2+ years experience in Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design
    • 2+ years experience of Web Services architecture and design and service oriented architecture (SOA)-based enterprise applications
    • 2+ years experience with common software development tools such as Eclipse, Netbeans, Ant, CVS, and Rational ClearCase
    • 2+ years experience with any of the following J2EE framework implementation, COM to JAVA integration, EJB, JSP, ASP, PHP, Servlets, XML, JMS, SQL, JDBC, tags, struts, XSL, XML, JBoss, JUnit, WebLogic, WebSphere, Rational Rose, Red Hat Linux, and Window 2000, 2008 and AS400 environments
    • Understanding of security architecture, design, development and deployment
    • Experience in conducting IT Project risk reviews and independent verification and validation
    • Knowledge of relevant IT standards and norms (e.g., ISO27001, ISO 17799, ITIL, COBIT)
    • Relevant Certifications desired - CISA, CISSP, CIPP, PMP, CAP
    • Ability to work as a member of a team and independently
    • 1+ years of experience with identity management or credentialing programs (i.e., FICAM, FIPS 201, HSPD-12, PIV, TWIC, Registered Traveler, REAL ID, US-VISIT, CAC)
    • Professional personal appearance and demeanor
    • Candidate should be able to obtain U.S. Government clearance

    • All candidates must be able to obtain a US Federal Gov't security clearance
