    Hi laxman you are asking how to modify a PL/SQL function or procedure?

    Use the describe command to see the code like this
    Code (SQL):

    DESC <procedure_name>
    and if you want to modify the code use create or replace like this
    Code (SQL):

    CREATE OR REPLACE <procedure_name>
    -- CODE --
    END;
    Hope this helps

    Is this what you are looking for ?

    It tells you how to do when you have procedure file or even without it.
