    Hi

Some of our users are experiencing issues when trying to view the output of a concurrent request in excel format. They are getting the following error: Microsoft Excel can not access the file http://servername/FNDWRR.exe?temp_id=112111. There are several possible reasons:
The File name or path doesn't exist
The is being used by another program
The workbook you are trying to save has the same name as a currently open workbook

This has only been ocurring since we have changed from Oracle on Demand to another vendors hardware

Anyone have any ideas what is causing the issue?

Where on R12.1.2 and occurs in both Office 2007 & Office 2010

    Cheers
    Grant

I believe that there is a profile options that needs to be changed. Your new hosting provider should know to correct value and be able to fix this.
