Is there a way of having Discoverer call a function that loads a table as a condition of running the report? The function truncates and loads data into a custom table. I would like this to happen each time the Discoverer report is run.

Thank you. I created a custom folder in Discoverer Admin that calls the function and another that selects data from a custom table that is refreshed by the function. Then I created a Discoverer workbook with two tabs. One labeled 'Refresh', the other labeled 'Data'. If data changes in Oracle apps, I run query in the 'Refresh' tab, then run the query in the 'Data' tab. Not as automatic as I was hoping for but it works. I appreciate your help.
