Check with the item for deviations options.

    Hi Bharat,

It is happening for all items not for one item. If same i am doing through Sales Order Form its working fine. I think if any setup problem it wont work through Sales Order Form. right?

    Thanks

Exactly, if its an item problem the it should have to raise an issue when you are trying from functional side..
Please have look into the following conversation.

Dear is this prob still exists?
    If solved provide us solution.
It seems some thing related to Reserving the quantity in Inventory.

    Hi

    Still it is exists.
Its not related to Reservation. Its related to converting primary quantity to Secondary quantity while creating Return Order (RMA).

SR is running on this. They are saying it's a API bug. Now it went to Oracle Development team.
