    There are few basic steps:

1-install web logic server compatible with your 11g forms and reports version.
2-During Installation weblogic do not configure domain.
3- Install oracle forms and reports 11g.
4- during installation choose developer configuration option now let the installation wizard do automatically configure domain.
5- Now in form builder make a general form and compile it.
6- start weblogic admin server from start menu and give the user & password, which are given during domain configuration. Now wait to start the server.
7- Run the form from form builder.
Hope these steps would be helpful.
    Regards
    Adi.

When we developed forms using Forms 10g we didn't installed any web logic server and to run the form just we started OC4J Instance. Do we need it for 11g?
