How do I start a script from within a block?
What is the difference between START and @ when starting scripts?

When I start a script in a script, does it return to the part of the script it was started from after the called script is finished?

You cannot start a script from within PL/SQL (if that's what you mean by block).

There is no difference from START and @ -- they are the same.

Yes, the calling script resumes from the line after the external script was called (either using start or @).
