    Candidates must have the following skills:
    Senior functional analyst with proven experience in at least 3 full life cycle Oracle e-Business suite implementations including at least one Release 12 project (new implementation or upgrade). Exposure to large scale and complex Oracle projects with multiple operating units/ledgers, large transaction volume and user base. In-depth functional knowledge and previous experience implementing Oracle iSupplier, Payables, Purchasing, Receivables and SLA/General Ledger. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver excellent quality results with minimum direction and detail, and meet deadlines while handling changing priorities.

    Must have the following functional experience:
    1. Facilitation, interviewing and other proven requirements gathering skills to translate business needs into functional requirements.
    2. Ability to develop and present design options to customer, coordinate design sessions and drive key decisions.
    3. Ability to create process flows (Microsoft Visio) and produce detailed functional design documents.
    4. Ability to troubleshoot and research complex issues within the Oracle e-Business suite of applications.
    5. Ability to act as a liaison between customer and project resources as well as technical resources to ensure that the business requirements are being met.
    6. Expertise in configuring and documenting e-Business suite applications.
    7. Experience with defining requirements and specifications for customizations associated with Oracle forms, reports and interfaces.
    8. Ability to define integrated test scenarios, write and execute test scripts and document test results.
    9. Experience developing training materials (Oracle UPK experience preferred) and procedures that explain how to execute future processes.
    10. Familiarity with SOX controls and documentation.
    11. Release 12 experience required.
    12. Understanding of Oracle tables and SQL experience preferred.
