I have created three tables MEMBER (member_id as PK), BOOKS (book_no as PK) , ISSUE (lib_issue_id as PK. book_no and member_id as FK).

I want to "List the member ID with highest and lowest no of books issued. "

Can I know how this can be done please?
I am practising SQL on SQL Plus and a beginner.

    Thanks in advance!

Is it a home work ? Club Oracle is not for doing home work.
