    Hi Guyz,

Facing some issues in Sales User Responsibility.

    Steps performed:
    1. Created 6 Employees (emp1,emp2,emp3,emp4,emp5,emp6)
    2. Created 6 Users for these employees (emp1,emp2,emp3,emp4,emp5,emp6)
    3. Assigned admin responsibilities for Oracle Sales module to emp1.
    4. Assigned manager responsibilities to emp2 and emp3
    5. Assigned Super User responsibilities to emp4 and emp6
    6. Assigned User responsibilities to emp5 and emp6.
    7. Imported all the employees as resources into CRM from CRM Resource Manager.
    8. Provided sales admin and manager roles to emp1.
    9. Provided manager roles to emp2 and emp3.
    10. Provided approver and representative roles to emp4 and emp6.
    11. Provided representative role to emp5.
    12. Set Sales Credit Type as "Quota Sales Credit" for all resources.
    13. Defined a resource group G1 where only member is emp1 with admin and manager roles
    14. Defined two groups like ...
    G2 has two members emp2 (manager) and emp6 (approver,representative).
    G3 has three members emp3 (manager), emp4 (approver,representative) and emp5 (representative).
    15. Defined G2 and G3 as child groups of G1.
    16. Checked Group Hierarchy. It showed the proper hierarchy which was desired.
    17. Run concurrent programs from CRM Admin:
    Flatten group hierarchy
    Build reporting manager
    18. Run concurrent programs from DBI admin:
    Maintain current groups and roles
    Update sales group hierarchy
    19. Run concurrent programs from CRM Admin:
Synchronize Employees with all parameters 'No'.
    20. Run Compile Security concurrent program with all parameters 'Yes'.
    21. Logged in from the user emp5 and navigated to the responsibility "Sales User" and opened the Sales Dashboard page.
But an error occurred: You must have a member, manager or administrator role in at least one sales group to access a forecast.

This is a li'l weird, coz i believe to emp5 i've provided a member role as "Sales Representative".
