Is it possible to run oracle 8 and oracle 10g on the same AIX server?
If so then how would we implement this?

have you tried installing both oracle 8 and 10g together in different locations? i don't see any reason why both won't run together

    I agree with Tyro.

We have something called as "ORACLE_BASE" & "ORACLE_HOME".

ORACLE_BASE is the location which is the base location for all ORACLE products installation.

ORACLE_HOME which resides inside ORACLE_BASE is seperate for each ORACLE installation.

eg. say '/u01/oracle/' is the ORACLE_BASE location and inside this you can keep different ORACLE_HOME.

    /u01/oracle/ora10g
    /u01/oracle/ora8i
    /u01/oracle/soa10g
    .. and so on..

This makes it easy from management point of view. Also all oracle installations on a single box are also marked in a place called ORACLE Inventory.

Hope this helps. Also refer to the installation doc before installation.

    Regards,
    Prashant

I don't understand why you need a screenshot -- what is needed is server configuration information (installed RAM, CPU count, current server process load) to see if there is enough resource to run both versions of Oracle. I am working on servers where two versions of Oracle are running and we experience no issues from that configuration.
