Hi there, my name is Indra. I hope this can help you find out the problem.
In order to build position hierarchy there are several step that you should check on your setup:
    1. Ensure that 'Use approval hierarchy' Flag on the Financial Option is set to 'Yes'. This will mark that you use position hierarchy.
    2. Define Job and Position (you can set this up on Purchasing Application or HR application if installed).
    3. Define Employee and assign respected Job and Position to the Employee (HR application).
    4. Define Approval Group to set the limit of each group capability to submit the document for approval.
    5. Assign the approval group to the respected Job and Position.
    6. Define Posisition hierarchy structure that describe the level of approval tree.
    7. Assign this position hierarchy to document type Purchase Requisition.
    8. Run concurrent request 'Fill Employee Hierarchy' from Purchasing Application. This request will generate the new hierarchy that will be used in your current Operating Unit environtment.

    Regards

    Hi Indra, tomloera
Thank you for guiding me the solution.
I've tried to solve by recreating the new Employee and suspended the old one.
    Thanks and Regards.
