Oracle UCM Stellent view whole audit trail of any particular document

    I have one problem, can u tell me how I can view whole audit trail of any particular document.
    Like
    suppose when was the particular document checked in, Who were the users reading/modifying the particular doc , I mean how can I see each event that is associated with particular doc

    Hi Amit, UCM maintains the complete check out/ check in/ changes etc history in the table : documenthistory

    Also if you are using worfkflows, the audit trail is present in the table: workflowhistory

    there is no table of name " documenthistory" in the database

    what!? well it's not possible, are you in the correct schema? what's your schema name? can you access other UCM tables like docmeta, revisions?

    thanks sadik autally problem is that my teammate installed new Content Server and he some how miss to create that table now if i create that will it work fine ???

    hi Amit, no content server automatically creates the tables, the person who installs doesn't have to. First tell me can u query the docmeta and revisions table?

    after created that table after u mentioned m able to querry them but "No rows selected shows
    :confused:
    hey one more thing can tell wht are the different report and logs the ucm generated
    second thing from where i can get them.

    oops buddy, u are not supposed to create the table, the documenthistory table should already have been there.

    UCM doesn't have any in-built reports, You have to create them using Layout Editor

    hey Sadik now m able to see data in my tables :)(throght SQL prompt)
    but can tell how m able to see all the audit information thorugh UI
    also wht are the reports that system(UCM) provide??

    But you said the table didn't exist!?

    Anyways, glad your problem is solved. Secondly, No you can't see the data from front-end. You will need to make a report yourself.

    System doesn't provide any reports. You will have to create them yourself using the Layout manager. Please go though the documents here, and the Layout editor portion.

    hey For layout editor thi do i need to install another plugin???
    or it present in UI(is yes plz specify the path)

    layout editor is present in your admin applets

    Please go through the documents at Oracle UCM Documents
