    1. In Standard process, the system doesn't allow you to Modify the Item quantity & Price of a PR line when the status is Approved.
    2. Split the PR line Item quantity using Auto-Create Window.

    HI SAIKIRANREDDY

Thnx for your reply, but splitting lines from buyer's PR pools is there but its not gonna serve our purpose.

    Regards,

By using iRequisitions page you can see Change option for the requisitions.. Please try using that option and let us know here.

You can see the both requisitions which are created in form and irequisitions page in iRequisitions page itself.

    Dear

I tested the case using requisitions menu from iprocurement responsibility. It does allow to me to update the quantity, but there two issues here one that I cannot see "Item code" for the requisition line and other that i cannot add new line item from here.....

Hi, The PR can be returned from Auto Create window (Buyer can return it to Requestor). The PR status will become Returned.

Requestor can then modify the PR and re-submit it

I hope this will help you

    Thanks
    Hasan

    Hi,
I think thats the only logical way of doing it. As the approved PR (as per approval policies of companies) needs re-approval of any changes.

Please can you explain a bit more about your requirement?

As far ad your question "How I can release RFQ or PO for the partial quantity of PR line item". You can use the Modify PR option in the same Auto Create Window to split the PR quantities or change the PR Items too

    Rgds,
    Hasan
