Duration: 12 months Location: Chicago, IL Customer Data Hub - • Oracle Customer Data Librarian • Assigning Responsibility to Users. • Setting Up De-Duplication/Import/Party Maintenance • Reports and Processes • Profile Option Category and Profile Option Setups Oracle Customer Online • Creating/ Setting Up Employees/ Periodic Programs • Compiling Flexfields • Setting Up Accounts/ Address Formating/ Duplicate Prevention etc • Reports and Processes • Profile Option Category and Profile Option Setups Oracle Trading Community Architecture • Granular API features • Party and Party Information API • Party Contact API • Person and Organization Information, Location, and Party Site API • Relationship and Hierarchy API etc • Customer Account/ Account Site/ Profile/ Account Role API etc. • Address and Tax Validation API • Data Quality Management API etc. • Business Object, Business Object API Product Data Hub 3-4 years of hands on implementation experience for PIM Data Hub as a strong functional/technical expert and experience in Oracle ERP modules desirable with Minimum 6+ years of IT industry experience in Oracle ERP. Development expert on Oracle PIM Data Hub with implementation experience of more than 2 projects, one project being preferably in manufacturing domain. Should have good experience to work with Oracle ERP system (11.5.10). Provide complete functional and development expertise in Oracle PIM including all the set-up/configuration of the system from the start to end. Provide techno-functional assistance to the development team in terms of table structure, API details etc. Understand the requirements from the business users ,do the fit-gap-analysis and suggest an optimum solution Conduct Conference Room Pilots for the business users. Document all the functional and technical solution clearly in detail with no room for multiple interpretations. Conduct training to the business analysts, end users and to the development team on Oracle PIM functionalities and flow. Conduct root cause analysis and work with the product vendor for further assistance.
