    Dear Sadik,
    I have those user guides but the problem is the content in that is not clear.
    I will explain my problem first.
    I am able to create periodic alert successfully,but in the case of event alert i am unable see that alert in Request->Check after creating it.Kindly help me regarding this.

    Hello Divya

    Periodic alerts can be checked by using Request->Check where as Event Alerts not like that as they were like triggers and will fire only when any database transaction occurs.

    Hi,
    you cant see the even alert. It is almost like a trigger. try to manipulate in particular table so that you can see whether alert triggered or not.
