I am stuck with MSP intergation with OP

I have followed all the steps but still not getting any thing

1-Assigned the MSP integration menu to users

do i need to install oracle project connect and oracle activity management gateway

i cant simply connect to OP which i click the receive project data from OP ........... nothing appears..........
or do i have to create a web adi

Once i click the oracle project menu in MSP i cant receive any info from OP and even i cant send any info to OP

if i want to disconnect its not working

Can any body tell me where is the missing part.

    regards
