    Please help me analyze with this problem, i'm a newbie w/ oracle administration

    server were restarted because the application is already not
    accessible and login using the 'oracle' account (the owner of the
    application) is no longer permitted.

    Your antivirus software (TALPA) is causing this problem; disable it as it's suspect, in my opinion, for identifying virus 'signatures' in known, clean files (Oracle would never write such things in its own log files).
