    Oracle Advisory Services, Sr. Associate - 110K base - can live in one of four cities: Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Minneapolis, MN; or St. Louis....wil consider H1B

    Participate in Oracle projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization assistance related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Oracle applications focusing on Financials, Order Management, Procurement etc.

    Execute the day-to-day activities of ERP advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle suppor

    Supervise and provide performance management for staff working on assigned engagements

    Three years of functional experience in Oracle implementations or Oracle business process improvement, specifically in Financials.

    Knowledge of Oracle implementation methodologies

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field

    Strong analytical skills and the ability to write at a "publication" quality level

    Ability to travel at least 25%

    Detailed understanding of ERP concepts and general module functionality for financial accounting and reporting.

    Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the k e y integration points

    Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization .
