    Hi All,
OS will be installed in C drive.
Following raid are to be used.
Raid 1 - Controlfile, redolog file and archive log file
    Raid 1+0 - Datafiles
Also virtual memory page is to be multiplexed

Please suggest me the best practices
    1. Total how many physical and logical drives are required
    2. In which drive oracle should be installed, drive for Oracle_Base
    3. Size of each drive
    4. Number of disk groups, failure groups, size of each
    5. Where to place binary files, datafiles, redolog files, archived logs

    Thanks in advance
    Geobraik

What are your limitations on storage? Which array vendor are you using? What are the sizes of the disks you've been allocated? Why Windows over Linux? Are you planning on using ASM?
