    Hi Friends.
I have recently joined CLUB ORACLE and I look forward to a great association with you all guys where we share and learn.

I wanted to know about User Exits.
Everywhere I searched, I got the info that user exits are of 5 types:
    FND SRWINIT
    FND SRWEXIT
    FND FORMAT_CURRENCY
    FND FLEXIDVAL
    FND FLEXSQL

But this are user exits pertaining to Oracle Reports only.
There are some user exits used in Speacial/Pair Value Sets like LOADID,POPID,PLSQL etc.

So I am looking for an generic description of user exits and a somewhat extensive list of user exits regularly used in Oracle Apps.

    Hi sasthana,

In which area you are looking for. I mean in forms or reports or in which area you want to know about them.

    Apologies for the late update.
I was away from my system for a while.

I would like to know about most of the user exits provided by Oracle ( most frequently used ones will be fine).
If the information is in a categorized way, that will would be great. like :
    1. User Exits generic definition with a few examples.
    2. User Exits used in Reports with examples.
    3. User Exits used in Forms with examples.
    4. User Exits used in other areas(like Special/Pair value sets) with examples.

Any sort of information will be helpful. I am doing research from my own.
At the end, I will consolidate all information and get it validated from the forum.

    Thanks in advance.
