    Hi Yowan,

Strange co-incidence but we got a similar request from one of our clients two weeks ago :).
We did a quick googling around but didn't find anything concrete.

Nice if you could share any ideas or material in case you encounter anything interesting on this subject (from this forum or any others).

For the time being, it's not a real urgency from the client but may become so in the very near future ... So ears & eyes open ;)

    Hi Rajen,

Pre Defined excel template apwexpmc.xls is provided by Oracle that will be available in the location $AP_TOP/html/US.

Firstly we have to configure this sheet as per Business needs and then can be used to enter expense data even when not connected to apps. Later this can be uploaded by simply copying and pasting in iExpenses using the button 'Import Spreadsheet'.

Below link explains the same in detail.

    https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18727_01/doc.121/e13454/T214904T214912.htm#spread

I have performed sample testings with minimal setups required and was able to upload the expense successfully using Spreadsheet.

Please use the info mentioned in link mentioned above and let me know if you need any additional details.:)

    Best Regards,
    Yowan Cristo
