How to import data from .dmp file in sql developer/.?

    What contains in the file: data in the form of CSV or it is the file datapump created by the utility?

    The version of Sql Developer is Version 3.2.10.09.,

    And I can't find any option to import .dmp file into the schema., Cud U tel me how can I achieve dis.,!

    If you go through the links I have provided earlier. direct import option is not available in the version 3.2.20.09 . you are using lower version of that . I believe from that link you could find the alternative way as conventional import (imp) or Data Pump import (impdp).

    While executing the script below in the sql worksheet of the Schema(where I need to import the EXPDP.DMP) .,, I'm getting this..

    IMPDP NEWDB/NEWDB DUMPFILE=D:\EXPDP.DMP full=Y


    Error starting at line 3 in command:
    IMPDP NEWDB/NEWDB DUMPFILE=D:\EXPDP.DMP full=Y
    Error report:
    Unknown Command



    And the alternative way of using Data pump, Asking for a JOB_name?!., what I've give i tat/!
