    Hi All,

We have 3 parameters and one search button and reset button to search the Purchase Orders Information. Here all the 3 parameters are mandatory and when we click on submit button alert has to display if mandatory columns are not entered. Please guide us to do this.

As DTSIGuy says, the validations will give you error messages on-screen. If you really want an alert (i.e. a popup dialog alert), then you can service the 'Submit' button with a dynamic action. Check the fields in there via javascript, and call the javascript alert function if the fields are NULL.
