    Hello friends;

    Some of you will have some manual how to set up cross-validation rules?

    I wonder if it is possible to perform validations where a segment is dependent on another

    Thank you very much for your help

    regards
    Tom

    Hi Bharat;

    I review the Notes and have a good information tanks a lot

    But I have the next question for know if is possible create the next rule:

    In my accounting flexfield have defined the next segments:

    Segment2 like a PRODUCT
    Segment3 like a COST CENTER
    Segment4 like a ACCOUNT

    And my range accounts are of the 100000 to 999999

    I want create one rule of the range accounts from 100000 to 399999 only can use with PRODUCT 00 and COST CENTER 00 but the range of accounts from 400000 to 99999 can work with PRODUCT and COST CENTER different to 00

    Is possible create one rule with this dependence?

    Regards
    Tomas

    Hi Tomas,

    I think its not possible to do this using cross validation rules. So we need to go with Dependent List of Values (LOV's) to achieve this.
