    Hi,

I am getting error while importing the archived content. The error message is like:

Import error for archive 'archive_content' in collection 'oracleUCM': Content item 'SUCC_006811' with revision label '1' was not successfully checked in. The content item with revision class ID 6811 already exists in the system with a different content ID (SUCC_012223).

Can you please let me know what can be the problem here and possible solutions for the same.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The system to which you are migrating the archive already contains a content with the same did. The system to which you are migrating should ideally be empty of content. The only option you have is to delete all the files from the new system that have the same DID as the content items being migrated.

You can check by connecting to the database and opening the revisions table in both the databases.

The system does not at all "ideally be empty of content". What you need to do is to increase the value for revclass id in the counters table. The revclass id is a key for grouping documents of different versions. You can set it to any value higher than the highest value in the old database or the new database and the archiver will fix the rest.
You should not delete anything from the revisions table.
