A user is trying to do self-assessed tax on Oracle Payable Invoices and this error keeps coming up. How can we fix it?

You need to check the query throwing that error for proper values in the WHERE clause. That's the forms version of 'no rows returned'.

Thanks. I tried but it appears the query is well structured. Are you available at anytime at all to discuss a relevant set of questions?

Have you tried the query outside of the form? There may be NOTHING 'wrong' with the query, there simply may be no data that matches the criteria.

Yes, I have run some query to find if there is data from outside the form, data appears. But nothing is showing up from inside the form.

You need to trace the session from the form to see what is being sent to Oracle as query text. I suspect there are unprintable characters in the query statement causing Oracle to not find any data.

Since I can't see what you're doing I can only make suggestions.
