    can u see the document in repository manager? is it deleted by any chance?

    Problem is resolved,

    Repository need to Indexed after uploading Item to the Content Server.

    yes, whenever u get content specific error, check it out at repository manager. Check the indexing status. That should tell u the cause of most content specific errors
