    Hi,

    If you're back from coffee break :), then try the following:

    (M) Tools -> Preferences -> Shortcut Keys
    (B) More Actions -> Load Keyboard scheme -> Default

    Regards,
    Rajen

    Hi,

    I hope we're talking about Oracle SQL Developer. Mine is Version 3.2.20.09.
    I think in some versions it is Tools -> Preferences -> Accelerators.

    Last resort, as you may have thought about it, re-install using the latest version (after backup of your SQL files and noting all the connection details).

    Regards,
    Rajen.
