    Hi all,
I am new to administration side. Can anyone tell me how to know whether the oracle installed is standard or standard one. I know while installation it will ask what edition level you want to install but at my company the installation is done by the previous administrator and now the company wants to know the details.
Oracle is installed on HP-Unix machine. Help at the earliest will be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance....:)

The v$option view lists all of the available/installed options; check that list against the Standard One edition features list to determine if you're running Standard or Standard One.
