    Hi!

Can anyone suggest any API to delete records in Oracle Transactions Open Interface (TOI) ?

We would like to avoid the 'Delete' statement on MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE (MTI).

We have insterted 1500 odd records, all of items are lot enabled. Now when we use the the form 'Transactions Open Interface', it is taking a huge time as the lot has to be allocated manually before record delete.

    Regards,

    Kanakendu.

hi is there any reason why you can't just manually delete them from interface table through sqlplus or toad after your request is run?

    Hello Sadik,

Well ofcourse 'Delete' would be the last option. Wondered if there are other ways to do it.

So in a way do you confirm that 'Delete' from Interface is the only option we have?

    Regards,

    Kanakendu Chatterjee.

hi Kanakendu, i am not sure i fully understand you,

    what is understand is that

    1. You have a lot of transactions in the Transactions Open Interface
    2. You want to delete them
    3. It's a problem manually selecting all the records to delete

    Is that right?

If yes, if you want to delete all why can't you just do edit-->select all-->delete?

Secondly, the records are directly picked from the table mtl_transactions_interface, so you can also delete directly from there.
