Content Server Install -> HTTP 403 error

    I am getting 403 error when I try to go to localhost/idc url. I just installed content server on Windows 2k3 standard with Oracle XE and Apache 2.2

    Please help!

    Never mind I solved the problem. I feel so dumb asking it in the first place!!

    Did you configure Apache to handle the request?

    the reason this error happened for me is because I had to specify the file name portal.htm, not just assume that index.htm was in the directory. So,

    localhost/idc/portal.htm will work (replace localhost with your own server name)
