Batch loader in UCM

    How can i import/export documents in UCM ? Can i import/export bulk(documents in multiple folders)/single document?

    What is batch loader. Is it used for importing documents into server from local drives. And how does it work ? How to use batch loader. any information about this wil be of great help.

    hi Preethi, you can batch load multiple files in UCM using either the Batch Loader utility or the Desktop Integration Suite.

    Batch Loader is a batch utility that can be accessed from the Server only. Hence it is out of reach for normal users. (Normal users can use batch load using the IdcCommand line function but that would be a bit advanced topic). You can access batch loader from your start menu on server-->Content server--><stellent instance name>-->utilities-->batch loader.

    to batch load you also need to create a batch load file. To find complete details go to this page:
