APEX Form on remote table

    Is it possible to create Form feature on table which is in Remote database ?

    You may have to set up the private synonyms and dblinks first. However, it is questionable as to whether or not the wizards will work.

    Even after creating Synonym and accessing with DB Link, Data Manipulation Process (Automatic Row Processing(DML) ) is not getting created.

    That may be due to the internal wizard failing...so your DML processes would have to be manual.

    Even manually also it was not allowing me to do. So just created custom program to load the data from APEX Instance to other instance.

    Hi All,

    If we want to create a Form on remote table, if that only one table itself we want to create Forms means we can create view with DBLink and we can insert to view from that APEX Page. If we want to use multiple tables then we need to go with Procedure or someother process by storing values in the custom tables.
