Refer to the log file c:\..........\emConfig.log for more details
You can retry configuring this database with Enterprise Manager by manually runnning C:\............\emca script.

Re: Oracle 11g installation: Enterprise manager configuration failed
This is a cleanup issue. Was this your first installation attempt?
Deinstalling and reinstalling should fix it. Refer to Oracle Guide here for instructions to deinstallLearn Oracle with Oracle forum. Check out General Discussion Forums

Re: Oracle 11g installation: Enterprise manager configuration failed
Well not really. I don't have the schema installed and your issue occurred because you did not uninstall as per instructions. If you have time you should go through the documentation I linked you to and learn the proper uninstallation procedure to get back a clean system.Learn Oracle with Oracle forum. Re: Oracle 11g installation: Enterprise manager configuration failed
HR in 11g is part of the companion CD; read here:
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B...111/b28328.pdf
If you did not install the companion CD then do so.David Fitzjarrell
