    Default Oracle 10g XE Backup,restore on windows

    I am new to this Oracle 10g version,i need to take backup,restore and recover of Oracle 10g express version which is a open source.how to do it from command prompt.i have a little knowledge about RMAN backup and (import,export) logical backup.
    please reply me what is the better solution.
