Error in miscellaneous receipt transaction in Inventory When i have tried to save items in misc receipt its showing error that " Invalid locator" and "Transaction process error".Please help me.

Re: Error in misc receipt - plz answer . What did you enter in the Locator field? Is the locator combination that you selected valid?

Re: Error in miscellaneous receipt transaction in Inventory If we enabled that item with locator control only in that scenario we may have to enter locator while booking order,but even i didnt enabled locator contol at item level,Then also the error comes...... please clarify me......

Re: Error in miscellaneous receipt transaction in Inventory Your Locator might be enabled at the Subinventory setup screen. Open the subinventory in which you are receiving the item and check for Locator control.

Re: Error in miscellaneous receipt transaction in Inventory Well, is the error then happening for one particular item or any item. Is it happening in only this particular IO or all IOs. Does the error happen only in Misc. receipt or also in normal receiving screen?
Those are some of the questions that can guide you towards the cause of the error. I am presuming you are on 11i and this is a Test instance.
